Many people equate influence with position, authority, titles, or power. Yet all of us have encountered individuals who possessed impressive titles but very little influence, while others with no formal authority had the ability to inspire, motivate, and transform those around them.

True influence is not granted by an organization. It is earned through our actions, our character, our service, and the investment we make in others.
