Courage rarely appears as a single dramatic moment.
More often it shows up in small decisions made every day.
The courage to confront fear.
The courage to do what scares you.
The courage to persevere after failure.
The courage to take the shot.
The courage to swing again after striking out.
And ultimately, the courage to step into the arena.
Throughout this week we saw that courage is not the absence of fear, nor the avoidance of failure. Courage is action despite both.
Fear will always be present.
Failure will always be possible.
Critics will always be nearby.
But growth belongs to those willing to move forward anyway.
Great leaders are not those who never stumble.
They are those who repeatedly step forward, take responsibility, and continue the pursuit of becoming the best version of themselves.
The arena is always open.
The only question is whether we have the courage to enter it.
