Daily Reflection

“He who has a why to live can bear almost any how.”
— Friedrich Nietzsche

Have you ever faced a situation where you absolutely had to find a solution or face a dire consequence?

In those moments, something shifts.

You’ve likely heard stories of people lifting cars to save a loved one or accomplishing what once seemed physically impossible. I have seen individuals without arms learn to fly a plane and play the piano.

It is incredible what human beings are capable of when they are fully committed.

All of us are capable of far more than we give ourselves credit for.

When the “why” is strong enough, the “how” begins to emerge.

You may not have a perfect plan. You may stumble. You may make mistakes along the way. But when you are anchored to a meaningful purpose, you find a way to keep moving forward.

Resilience and perseverance take over.

History gives us powerful examples of this.

When John F. Kennedy declared that we would put a man on the moon by the end of the decade, few believed it was possible.

No one knew exactly how it would be done.

But the vision was clear.

The “why” was compelling.

And over time, the “how” materialized.

The same is true for many of the greatest advances in history.

Yet in our own lives, we often hesitate. We question ourselves. We allow fear and limiting beliefs to hold us back.

But what if you approached your goals with that same level of commitment?

What if your reason was strong enough that quitting was not an option?

Courage is not just about pushing through fear.

It is about being deeply connected to a purpose that is bigger than the fear.

When your “why” is clear and meaningful, you will endure more, push further, and discover capabilities you didn’t know you had.

So take a moment today and ask yourself:

What is your big dream?

Why does it matter?

And what step can you take toward it today?
