Accountability Week

Leadership Reflection Series

Accountability is one of the defining characteristics of effective leadership. It requires leaders to accept ownership of outcomes, take responsibility for their actions, model the behaviors they expect from others, and hold themselves and their teams to a higher standard.

Throughout this week’s reflections, we explored accountability from several perspectives—personal ownership, responsibility for action, leadership example, team standards, intentional response, and role clarity.
